[#025] My First Billion: I Left Early

The last few days, I’ve been in a room in Sarasota with some sharp entrepreneurs nerding out on some next-level growth strategies and I booked an early flight home.

Here's why…

This week started Monday with a couple meetings.

Brought on a team to dial in our entire front-end organic engine...

I've been saying "media company first" for a while and this week we went deeper into it.

Had another meeting on a strategic project I'm building out. Can't share details yet. But it's coming.

Tuesday, Dre took over my coaching calls so I could get ready to fly out.

But before I headed to the airport, I locked in with the family. I took the kids to school and had smoothie bowls with Vanessa.

Wanted to make sure I was fully present before leaving.

Flew down to Tampa and hit Doc B's, my go-to every time I'm in the city.

Then realized I completely underestimated how far Tampa is from Sarasota.

It was an hour and a half and drive, not a problem though, I got caught up on some training during the drive.

We’ve been bullish on AI, however this week changed everything!

My team and I have been using A.I at some level however this week I dove deeper into Agentic AI.

I’ve heard of it so I knew it was "a thing," but I'd never gotten my hands in it.

This week I did.

And I'm not going to overstate it... it's game-changing.

Not in a "this is cool tech" way. In a "this fundamentally changes how I operate my business" way.

Over the past few days, I've been using Agentic AI to process a 7 hrs per day mastermind recording into a full strategic breakdown ...

14 pages of frameworks, principles, and action items ... within minutes of the session ending.

Used it to audit our client portal to Improve results for clients…

Audited a funnel, found 19 specific issues, and produced a design brief for my design team ... all while I'm still in the room learning.

I mapped my business IQ across seven mastery areas and got an honest score on each one.

The things I'm building with this going forward are going to compress years of work into weeks or days (for our business and our client’s businesses).

Crazy Output

Yesterday I got 41 ad creatives done for our upcoming, Launch Your Ads Live event.

All the ad copy is ready, got the first iteration of the event page back ... wasn't a fan of it, so I sent detailed feedback to tighten it up.

This event is going to be different from anything I've done.

We're launching ad systems live.

I know that breaks the "rules." Most events just teach theory… the “what,” not the “how”.

We're going to build.

We had a death in the family earlier this week and the funeral is tomorrow and so is RoRo’s performance so I moved my flight to be there.

My presence with the family in these moments tomorrow means more than another day in Florida (even though it’s beautiful here).
