I’ve been thinking a lot about ambition lately, and I think it's overrated.

Let me explain…

I started noticing how often everyone talks about “more” and I'm one who used to be obsessed with "more."

It was my whole growth strategy.

More leads, more clients, more offers, more ad spend, another fun...

A friend introduced me to one of her clients, who wants help with his ads.

The Goal:

More qualified leads, sell out his event, fill his coaching program.

So I did what I always do…
Pulled up his page…
Started watching the video.

And then he said this:

My three youngest started school this week, which is reshaping my days.

My goal going forward is to be done with work by 2pm.

That way if I’m going to pick up RyPie (Ryan, my 6 year old, but that’s my name for him) from school or if he’s catching the bus, I can be present

As I wrapped up this issue, I realized this is issue #40.

This made me pause and smile because I remember doing some study on the number 40 when I turned 40, because I kinda felt a way about 40. Lol

I realized that the #40 has significant meaning.

Last week was eventful, to put it lightly.

So this week was about calibrating.

So this week, we had to tighten up any constraints that were created because of the changes.
